Questions Before You Book?
If you’re wondering whether Blueprint Bodywork Co. is the right fit, have a question about treatment, or want to clarify something before scheduling, you’re welcome to reach out.
Every new client begins with Blueprint Discovery, a first appointment designed to understand your goals, health history, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from care. From there, future appointments can evolve based on your needs.
If there’s something you’d like to discuss before booking, send a text or email and I’ll respond as soon as I’m available.
Ways to Connect
Text
The quickest way to reach me.
Because I'm often with clients or in class, I may not be able to answer phone calls. Text messages allow me to respond as soon as I’m available
Best for detailed or non-urgent questions.
Email is a good option when you’d like to share more information, ask a detailed question, or contact me about something that doesn’t require an immediate response.
