Blueprint Supportive Therapies

Supportive Therapies are optional additions that may be incorporated when they complement your treatment goals, preferences, and overall experience. Each is selected intentionally rather than added by default, allowing your appointment to remain focused on what is most appropriate for you.
Cupping
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress soft tissue and may be incorporated alongside hands-on bodywork when appropriate. The application, intensity, and placement are adapted to your comfort and treatment goals.
Hot Stones
Smooth, warmed basalt stones provide sustained warmth during treatment and may be incorporated to enhance comfort and relaxation. Hot stones can be used alongside hands-on bodywork or applied to selected areas as part of your session.
